About Me
Hello! I’m a positive psychologist, writer, and educator whose work explores how stories shape identity, resilience, and collective well-being.
I hold a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where I was the 2023 recipient of the Christopher Peterson Memorial Fellowship. My research on narrative, well-being, and education has been presented at international conferences, including the 2024 UNIS-UN Conference at the United Nations General Assembly.
I am also the co-founder of Kaitzak, a strengths-based initiative dedicated to building thriving global diaspora communities.
