Through a blend of research-based tools, creative reflection, and somatic practice, I can help you:

My work is shaped by years of experience in research, a Master’s degree in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, community facilitation, and mind/body work as a licensed yoga teacher — and by a deep belief that we already carry everything we need to thrive within ourselves.
